By accessing tads.tax or using the TADS platform you agree to these terms.

The platform

TADS provides white-label tax software infrastructure for Australian accounting firms. We are not a registered tax agent and do not provide tax advice.

Accounting firm responsibilities

Accounting firms using TADS remain responsible for all tax advice given to clients and all lodgements submitted through the platform.

Limitation of liability

TADS is not liable for any tax outcomes or compliance issues arising from use of the platform. Your licensed practitioners remain responsible for all professional decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia.
